SHORELINE ATHLETICS KIDS PROGRAM
The Crossfit Kids program at Shoreline Athletics is a youth fitness program designed to strengthen the developing neurological, cognitive and motor skills of kids in grades K-6. The goal of our Crossfit Kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). Our program will support those children that are involved in outside athletic programs, as well as help the non-athletic individual become more comfortable and confident with their fitness level.
At Shoreline Athletics we teach kids that fitness is fun. It is very important to us that we create a fun, safe and welcoming experience for each child that sets foot in our gym. We teach children how to move their bodies through functional movements that are fundamental to all things kids need to do when they pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.
In addition to increasing overall athleticism, our kids program will help your child gain more self-confidence, how to move properly and avoid injury, learn about the importance of healthy eating habits, and school them in life skills such as concentration, problem solving, discipline, and perseverance.
