Our Symmetry program although very smart and progressive in design, the primary goal is to make fitness fun and challenge you daily. Most classes you'll see a mix of cardiovascular endurance, gymnastics, and weightlifting. Due to the nature of the program and veteran members, some movements are more complex than others.
