Deads, P Cleans, HP Snatches, & Hang Split Snatches
– find a buddy and set up 2 barbells you can share, build, and use for the wod

 

Workout:
8 Rounds of:
4 TnG Deadlifts + 4 Power Cleans Singles @ 185/125
8 Box Jump/Step Downs @ 24/20″
8 Hang Power Snatches + 4 Hang Split Snatches @ 75/55
32 Double Unders


– During round 4, skip the double unders and run 400 Ms (only once)

Note: Even though you’re sharing 2 barbells, this is not a partner workout.
