4 Power Clean @ 155/105

6 Deadlifts @ 155/105   

8 Box Jumps- Step Downs @ 24/20"  

125 M Row or 125 Run Sprint @ VVH Effort  

- Rest 90 secs b/n rounds

- Deduct 10:30 mins from your finish time.
