3 Thrusters @ heavy 

12/9 HR Push Ups

Active Recovery- if you finish early row or run for 500 Ms

From 15:00 to 30 mins complete: 

10 Rounds of:  

3 Hang Power Cleans @ heavy 

12 Wall Balls @ 20/14"    

 

Choose 1 weight for all 10 rounds for both workouts. If you need to build that's fine, but this is not a max lift day.

Mobility: 

The various angles of the hip/femur socket 

- anterior, interior, and lateral
