While partner A rows 250m

Partner B completes 1 round of:

5 Strict Pull Ups or Ring Rows

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Then switch.

Min 1: 10 Front Squat @135/95
Min 2: 40 Du's
Min 3: 10 Pull Ups
Min 4: 10 Burpees Over Bar
