Load Bars For Workout

 

Grab A Kettlebell

KB Swing Skill Work + Practice

 

Coach Give Out Station Numbers To Stagger

Min 1: 15 GHD Sit Ups
Min 2: 10 Push Press @115/75
Min 3: 10 Front Squats @115/75
Min 4: 15 KB Swings @53/35
