3 Hang Power Cleans @ 135/95-185/125
3 Front Squats @ 135/95-185/125 
12 Fractioned Chest to Bars (6-6 or 8-4) 
12 Walking Lunges, rest 90 secs b/n rounds 
- try to fraction the pull ups only once 
- this is a pull up progression from last week 


Finisher: 
Recovery Run and/or 50 GHD Sit Ups
