Foam Roll- T Spine, Lats, & Hamstrings  

800 M Run- at talking pace 

Static Stretch Shoulders/Hamstrings/Calves

3 Rounds of:

8 Scap Push Ups

8 V-Ups

8 Glute Bridges

Barbell Skill Work:

- behind the neck press and positions snatch drills

- mix in dynamic 90s, Scorpions, Ostrich Walks, etc...

 

Strength:

Power Snatch, as cns prep

- build 10-20% heavier than your workout weight

Workout:  

5 Rounds for time:

10 Power Snatch 115/75

15 Toes to Bar  

400 Meter Run  

- if you scale properly, this is a 20-24 minute workout
