3-5 Explosive Box Jumps 30/24" 

1 Hard Sprint- trailer and back

1 L Sit Hold accumulate 30+ seconds

1 Hard Sprint- trailer and back

10 Strict Hanging Knee Raises @ smooth tempo

 

Note 1: All this work should take 3 minutes or less

 

Note 2: Rest/work ratio need to be 1-to-1 or even more rest 1.5-to-1 in order for this workout to be effective
