3 Mins to Complete 50 Slow Shoulder Taps + 25 Empty BB C & Js

3 Mins to Complete 25 Glute Bridges + 25 Supermans + 25 Hang & Shrugs

Skill Work/Movement Prep:

- perform reps under a watchful eye and get feedback
