60 Secs of Max Double Unders

60 Secs of Max Toes to Bar

50 Secs of Max Meters Rowing

50 Secs of Max Power Cleans

50 Secs of Max Double Unders

50 Secs of Max Toes to Bar

- rest remaining 10 secs each minute

Round 3:

40 Secs of Max Meters Rowing

40 Secs of Power Cleans

40 Secs of Double Unders

40 Secs of Toes to Bar

- rest remaining 20 secs each minute

Round 4:

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Also, in rounds 2,3, and 4, rest the remaining time in the "working" minute.
