This is an inspired workout from the CrossFit Games this weekend that all the Teens and Masters divisions completed wearing a weighted vest. Have some fun with this! Our very own John Lynch 3rd Fittest man 45-49 completed this event with a 20# weighted vest and a 24" box in 15:42.
