8-6-4-2-8-6-4-2 Bench Press     

8 DB Snatches @ 55/35

8 Box Jumps/Alt Step Downs @ 24/20

- The snatches and box jumps should be performed after every set

Example of Wave Load Bench Press:

Wave 1 (Sets 1-4): 8 reps @ 115, 6 reps 135, 4 reps @ 155, 2 reps @ 175

Wave 2 (Sets 5-8): 8 reps @ 125, 6 reps 145, 4 reps @ 160, 2 reps @ 180
