Workout:

Every 3 Mins for 30 Mins:

60 M Run (storage container & back)

5 HSPUs (scale anywhere from 3-5 reps)

4 Burpees

3 Hang Power Cleans

2 Push Jerks

1 Split Jerk 

 

Standardized barbells to help with flow. We'll set up lanes with 2 men's and 2 woman's barbells for each level below.
