Warm Up:

200 Meter Run 
10 Cat-Cow 
10 Scap Push Ups 
10 Alternating Shoulder Taps 
10 T Push Ups 
30 Sec Down Dog 
30 Floor Pec Stretch per side 

Skill Work: 
PVC OH Mobility X 10-20
PVC OHS X 10 
PVC Snatch Complex X 3-4 Sets 
- then grab barbell and pratice complex 

Strength & Skill: 
Every 2 Mins for 12 Mins: 
1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch 

Workout: 
10 Min AMRAP of: 

10 Overhead Squats 95/65 
10 Burpees
