PVC OH Mobility X 10-20

PVC Squat Snatches X 10 
- then grab a empty barbell and perform complex 3-4 times 

 

Strength & Skill: 
Every Min for 10 Mins: 

1 Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squats, build moderately

12 Min AMRAP of: 

30 Overhead Squats 115/75 
30 DB Snatches 55/35 (alt evenly)   
30 Burpees Over Dumbbell
