Warm Up: 

1st: start with the easy stuff 

- Static stretching of calves, hips, and shoulders  

2nd: then get moving and sweaty..do all 3  

- Run for 2 mins..about 300-400 ms    

- Bike for 2 mins...about 10-15 cals  

- Row for 2 mins...about 400-500 Ms  

3rd: then get flexible for snatches and ohs   

- Dynamic 90 or something like this   

- Dynamic Hip Mobility likely the coaches choice  

- PVC OHS since this establishes movement patters 

4th: if you have Olympic lifting shoes, put them on 

- if not, then you can't so just grab some water 

5th: Grab a barbell to feel things out  

- top town snatch prep/skill work 

- pause overhead squats as prep/skill work   

 

Workout: 

7 Rounds of: 

Mins 1 & 2 Complete:   

1 Squat Snatch + 2 OHS @ 135/95, rest remaining time  

Mins 3 & 4 Complete: 

7 Toes to Bar  

7 Lateral Burpee Over Barbell, rest remaining time
