It's a partner run and split the burpees as equally as possible. The barbell work flows like this: 

 

Partner A does 9 reps, then B does 9 reps, then A does 7 reps, then B does 7 reps, A does 5, B does 5, A does 3, B does 3, A does 1, and B finishes with 1.
