Grab Barbell & Review DL & S2O....

1:15 Run (about 300 ms)

Then right into…

2 Rounds of:

6 Deadlifts  

6 Push Press/Jerks    

- perform with an empty barbell & skillfully

Workout:  

5 Rounds: 

3 Minutes of:

300 M Outdoor Run or 1:15 Indoor Run 

- Remaining time AMRAP of:

6 Deadlifts 115/75

6 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75  

- rest 2 minutes between rounds  

- score total rounds + reps; pick up where you left off
