Every 3 Mins perform 4 Rope Climbs (adv. 6 climbs)

- remaining time Amrap Wall Balls 20/14

- this workout starts with Rope Climbs

Rest 5 Mins..(grab barbell and weights)

10 Minute Running Clock:

3 RM Back Squat (take off rack)

- add up your your heaviest sets for a total score

- spotters must ensure quality and safety

 

Scaling Rope Climbs: 

Perform 24 Toes to Bar Instead (12 each)
