Station 1: 12 KB Swings + 12 KB Goblet Squats @53/35
Station 2: 6 Burpee Pull Ups
Station 3: AMRAP Cal Row
Station 4: Rest

Score: Total calories completed

- Partners will start at station 1, 2 or 3. Once all partners have completed their task and the minute ends partners will rotate in order through stations 1, 2 and 3 for 3 minutes. Then all partners will rest at the same time on minute 4. Make sure to write down calorie total during the rest so you don't lose your score.
