  • T spine, tris, and shoulder focus 

  • Review pressing movements 

  • DB & KB presses, Barbell presses 

Skill Work: 

  • DB Pressing 

  • Barbell Press off the Ground (focus on strict and push press)  

Workout:

Every 2 mins for 10 mins: 

5 Burpees 

7 Hanging Knee Raises

9 Empty barbell presses

- Rest in remaining time
