  • Quickly review Air Squats and PVC Front Squats from last week

  • DB Thrusters   

  • Empty BB Thrusters 

Workout:

5 Rounds for time: 

10 Thrusters 30/15 lbs 

10 Sit Ups (adv. 15 reps)   

10/7 Calorie Row 

- consider DBs depending on front rack positions
