Deadlift, build to wod weight

- Athletes performing HSPUs, use this time to practice

OPTION A:
20 Min AMRAP of:

3 Deadlifts @ 315/205 or 70%
5 HSPUs   
5 CTB Pull Ups   
10 Box Jumps @ 24/20" (step downs allowed)   

 

OPTION B:
20 Min AMRAP of:

5 Deadlifts @ 185/125  
10 HR Push Ups   
10 Pull Ups, Ring Rows or Banded Pull Ups    
10 Box Jumps @ 20/16” (step downs allowed)   

 

Score: total rounds plus reps completed.
