  • PVC Drills- Figure 8s & Pass Thrus  

 

 

PVC Skill Work: 

  • Hang Power Snatch 

  • Power Snatch 

  • Overhead Squats  

  • Squat Snatch (just a quick review/coach demos)   

  • For first 1 month of program PS + OHS instead of SS  

 

 

Workout: 

Teams of 2: 

10 Min AMRAP of: 

60 Hang Power Snatches   

40 Calorie Row  

20 Burpees Over Erg   

- set up 2 barbells as needed
