Warm Up: 

  • Hips/Arms/Shoulders 

 

 

Review: 

  • Front Squat- off rack, build for 2 X 3-5 

  • Back Squats- off rack (we have not reviewed), build for 2 X 3-5 

  • Push Press- off rack, build for 2 X 3-5 

  • Push Jerk- off rack, build for 2 X 3-5   

 

 

Finisher:
