Workout @ 70-80%: 
30 Mins of: 

Min 1: 12/9 Cals Row  
Min 2: 10/7 Cals Bike/10/7 Ski Erg/10 Burpee   
Min 3: 125 Meter Run 
Min 4: 6-8 Double DB Hang Squat Cleans 
Min 5: 12-16 Single DB Hang Snatch (6-8 per arm) 
Min 6: Walking Rest 

 

Score = RPE (rate of perceived exertion)  

 

Choose a DB # that allows you to move well and at an aerobic effort for 20 minutes.
