5 Six Point Burpee Complexes (Coach calls out)

5 Tuck Up and Holds (5 Sec)

10 KB Russian Swings

5 Burpees (Focus controlled fall into bottom) 

10 Strict Ab-Mat Sit Ups

10 KB Swings (Focus straight mid-line when overhead)

5 Burpees (Focus jumping feet into hands on way up)
