20 "UB" Double Unders bw rounds 

 

Flow: 

R1: 1 Pull Up, 1 Push Ups, 1 Box Step Up, 20 DUs 

R2: 2 Pull Up, 2 Push Ups, 2 Box Step Up, 20 DUs 

R3: 3 Pull Up, 3 Push Ups, 3 Box Step Up, 20 DUs 

 

If you break your double unders, the set starts over. If you struggle with double unders, you have the option to either cut the reps down or just get through the set with no penalty.
