5 TnG Deadlifts 185/125 (adv. 225/155) 
10/8 Push Ups 
15 Air Squats  
200 M Relay Run Each (only after 6 rounds)  
- rest 2 mins bw rounds 

 

FLOW: 

Partner A complete 1 full round while Partner B rest. Then Partner B goes while Partner A rest. After 6 rounds (3 each), Partner A runs while Partner B rest. Then Partner B runs while partner A rest. Once Partner B comes back from the run, both partners rest 3 minutes. Feel free to alternate which partner starts each set.
