Gymnastics Skill (Week 4):  

A. 12-15 Minutes of:  

Max Distance HS Walks (Mod: HS Holds, Box Drill, etc.) 

- Mix in Double Unders in between (15-30 reps)

B. Workout:

20 Min AMRAP @ 75-85%:

400 M Run

+

2 Rounds of "Cindy"

5 Pull Ups

10 Chest to Deck Push Ups

15 Air Squats

 

Note: Hold yourself to a higher standard in preparation for "Murph"
