Down Dog/Up Dog X 30 secs 

Plank Shoulder Taps  X 60 secs   

200 Meter Run X moderate pace 

Plated OH Walk X 60 secs

Gymnastics Skill:  

A. 12-15 Minutes of:  

Max Distance HS Walks (Mod: HS Holds, Box Drill, etc.) 

- Mix in Double Unders in between (15-30 reps)  

- This is week 4 of our HS Walk Progressions

20 Min AMRAP @ 75-85%:

5 Pull Ups

10 Chest to Deck Push Ups
