Min 2: 6-8 Strict Pullups*

Min 3: Box Jumps (with a partner for the full minute)

Min 4 and Min 5: 300 M Run


*If you have a couple of strict, do that and kip the rest of the set.  Sub Ring Rows, Banded Pullups
