4 X 100 Ms @ 85% (not max effort) 
- walk rest back and allow full recovery

Functional Strength:

Every 3:30 for 3 Sets:
30 Sec Chin Up Holds (clusters of 10-10-10 secs) 
8 Per Seated Arnold Presses @ 35/25s (alt every other) 
50 M Sled Push 140/90 ext load @ hard effort  
- recovery walk back into gym & hydrate throughout
