Min 1: 2 x Clean Complex - Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Squat Clean (building)

Min 2: 7-9 Handstand Pushups (Sub handstand holds, HSPU from Box, DB Push Press)

Min 3: Russian Twists 40 secs (weighted, full range of motion)

Min 4: 7 Burpees - add weight to the bar
