Workout:
In Teams of 2:
25 Min AMRAP of: (Partner A)

3 or 5 or 7 Front Squats (see note below)
5 Burpees
7 KB Swings @ 70/53
400m Run (Partner B)

While one partner is working, the other partner is running 400 meters. Partners pick up where the other left off.

Pick your Poison:
Partner must choose ahead of time either 7 reps at 75/55, 5 reps @ 105/80, or 3 reps @ 135/95. Once you make your decision, you cannot switch for the entire workout.
