5 Russian Swings @ wod weight  

5 Burpees 

- recovery jog around gym bw sets

Partner Up/Set Up Squat Rack

- perform 2 sets of 10 empty BB Front Squats    

 

Workout:

15/12 Cal Row 
15 KB Swings @ "unbroken" weight 
15 Burpees  
- rest 90 secs bw rounds  
- push hard on rounds 2,3 & 4

12 Min Running Clock (score):  
1RM Front Squat, rest as needed bw    
- start 135/95 (40%sh) and build in singles
