In Teams of Four, 20 Minute EMOM
Minute 1: 10 Power Cleans Singles @115/75
Minute 2: 15 Burpees
Minute 3: MAX Cal Bike
Minute 4: Rest


- Partners will start at one of the 4 stations. At the top of every minute the whole team rotates to the next station in order. Do not reset bike, let calories add up through the 20 minutes.
