Min 1: 5-7 Power Snatch - Building*

Min 2: 8-10 Strict Pullups - Adv. 2-3 Rope Climbs

Min 3: PVC Situps 30 - 40 Secs

Min 4: Cals on Bike - Full Minute

Min 5: Active Rest - Add Weight

 

*The goal today is to build to heavy sets of snatch singles
