A. 5 Reps @ your "Isabelle" weight (rx @ 135/95)
B. 10 Reps @ your "Randy" Weight (rx @ 75/55)  

C. 10 Alternating DB Snatches 55/35 (different option) 

 

You're loading will dictate your intensity. Remember, heavier always isn't better.
