Min 2: 10-15 Calorie Row   
Min 3: 15-20 No Press Burpees  
Mins 4 & 5: Rest 

 

Sets 1 & 2: 3 @ 60% 
Sets 3 & 4: 2 @ 70% 
Sets 5 & 6: 1 @ 80% (not max effort)
