- rest 15 secs between movements

100m Sprint (storage bin and back twice)

Workout @ 70-80%:

24 Min AMRAP of:

4 Back Squats @ 185/125-225/155 (off rack)

1 Power Clean @ 185/125-225/155 (separate barbell)

7 Burpees

8 Wall Balls 20/14

- larger classes will need to share barbells 

- perform this workout at a walking pace  

 

Finisher:

Run 400ms + 1 Min Pigeon Stretch (per side)
