20 Min AMRAP @ 80-90%:

10 Deadlifts 135/95   
10 Box Jumps 20/16 
10 Toes to Bar

- the goal is move constantly with light loading & easier movements     

 

OR... 

 

Option B:
20 Min AMRAP @ 70-80%: 

10/7 Calorie Row   
10 Russian Swings 
10 Box Jumps- Step Downs  
30 Sec Plank Hold (mix in side planks)  

- this is a much lower impact version of today's wod and could serve as easier recovery day for those on day 3 or 4 this week
