Deadlift 185/125 (Rx = 1.5 Body Weight) 
Bench Press 135/85 (Rx = Body Weight) 
Squat Cleans 115/75 (Rx = .75 Body Weight) 

 

Set up three bars and partner up in teams of 3 for this workout.
